Infomatika has presented new projects to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan at the exhibition in the Innopolis

At the exhibition in the Innopolis dedicated to the broadened meeting of the board of the Ministry of Informatization and Communication of the Republic of Tatarstan "Concerning progress of the informatization and communication industry in 2015 and missions for 2016" with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the latest developments of the Infomatika Company were shown: the interactive bank office, the parking payment terminal and the ticket sales and access control system with face recognition.

The office represents a compact cabin 1.4*1.4m designed for information and consulting services and preliminary acceptance of loan applications.

This up-to-date solution allows providing professional services to the general public in different cities, at separate enterprises and in those regions where it is unreasonable and expensive to provide the presence of the banker.

To communicate with the customer service operator, it is enough to pick up the phone.

The unique solution of engineers of the Infomatika Company allowed achieving the "eye-to-eye" video communication effect; therefore, the operator keeps permanent visual contact with the client during communication.

The videoconferencing solution built into the cabin provides high quality of video communication and sound ensuring comfortable and trustful dialogue.

Specifically developed functions of the IBO enable the call center operator to control the dialogue, switch to the media content, scan documents, transfer to the client the right to enter data independently, allowing serving two or more clients simultaneously.

The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Director General of FSUE "Russian Post" Dmitry Strashnov tested the bank office personally by conducting a video conversation with the customer service operator of one of banks of Kazan.

The Head of the Republic also got acquainted with peculiarities of exhibits on display: the ticket sales and access control system for sports facilities with the interactive face recognition box "Z-Box", and the nanotechnology-based city parking payment terminal, and wished further success to the Infomatika's team.
