A new generation underground fare payment control system at Dubravnaya
Today, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan was shown the underground fare payment and control system at Dubravnaya station. Dubravnaya is the eleventh, the terminal station of Kazan metro central line. Unlike other stations, it is equipped from the very beginning with the newest payment control system.
The station's vestibules are equipped with modern high-tech turnstiles and automatic tokens and travel cards sales terminals. It is important that you can purchase a travel card via a terminal both for cash and by bank cards or smartphones. Today, all Kazan Metro stations, including Dubravnaya station, are equipped with a new generation Infomatika payment control system.
Transition to the new system was completed in less than a year. During this time, the software and control automatics were completely replaced at 10 operating metro stations. We have developed and put into operation automated tokens and travel cards sales terminals. The access control equipment for Dubravnaya station is brand-new, both from the technical and the design points of view.
