The project “School card” was the winner of all-Russian competition of projects of regional and municipal Informatization “PROF-IT”, in the nomination “IT in education”.
July 6, 2015 in Khanty -Mansiysk in the framework of the VII international IT-Forum with participation of BRICS countries and the SCO, was the final of the all-Russian competition of projects of regional and municipal Informatization “PROF-IT”.
More than 170 entries from 42 regions of Russia, 10 nominations and 24 winning projects.The best recognized and Tatarstan project “School card”, won first place in the nomination “IT in education”.
All-Russian competition of projects of regional and municipal Informatization “PROF-IT” is conducted by the Expert centre for electronic government, with the support of the office of the President on the use of information technologies and development of electronic democracy.
Aimed at improving the quality of projects of regional and municipal Informatization in the fields of public sector and the provision of electronic services to citizens and business.
This year, for consideration by the expert Council of the contest received 170 entries from 42 regions of the country.In the finals, only 36 of the most striking and effective, according to regional experts, projects in 10 categories.The main criteria of project evaluation are:the achievement of objectives, innovativeness and replicability of the project.
The result of full-time bankruptcy protection, the winners of the III all-Russian competition of projects of regional and municipal Informatization “PROF-IT” was recognized as 24 films, including Tatarstan project “School card”, successfully implemented by the Ministry of education and science of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Informatization and communications of Tatarstan with the support of OJSC “AK bars” Bank in more than 100 schools of the Republic.
“School map” allows not only to monitor the attendance of additional education and pay for public transportation but also allows you to control the access of a student to the school, monitor school meals, gives the possibility of obtaining books in the school library, and also includes a banking application.
For schoolchildren “School card” is available in the form of a colorful bracelet with a microchip and for pupils with 5 on 11 classes - in the form of a contactless plastic card. At the entrance to the school installed special equipment.The student coming to school, puts his individual card or wristband to the reader at the pass.The entrance lights up green and the student can freely pass.At this time, the parent will automatically receive notification that his child is in school.
“Privratnik” - the so-called innovative control system and access control, developed by the project partner - the company Infomatika.This system allows complete control over the visitors of the educational institution.Built-in barrier cameras and sensors record all movement of students.In the case of authorized passage, on the monitor screen guard displays a photo of a student passing through "Privratnik".
If the card picture in the database is not detected or the card was not presented to the reader, the monitor displays an appropriate message and an audible signal sounds and the system takes pictures of the intruder.All unauthorized passages recorded by the system are stored locally on the arm guard.
Universal school map allows parents, with the help of the personal Cabinet on the portal of public services, to control visits to the child school:what time he came and left, to see a menu of school meals and monitor cash spending.And parents have not had any problems with the completion of school card - each school has a terminal "Electronic government".
To date, the project was implemented in 12 schools, and 19 institutions of additional education of Zelenodolsk, 63 schools of Naberezhnye Chelny and 33 schools in Nizhnekamsk.
In the future, the automation of 102 schools in seven districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
