Installation of smart turnstiles "Flagman Light" for the office entrance of one of Russia's leading IT-company
Implemented in 2024
JSC "LANIT" is a major Russian IT company providing advanced technology solutions and services to clients in domestic and international markets.
Project Background
The client faced challenges with outdated turnstile systems at the office entrance group. The existing equipment lacked modern functionality, leading to delays and inconveniences for employees and visitors. One-time guest passes required interaction with a separate card reader, adding extra steps to the access process.
To address these issues, the company launched an initiative to upgrade its access control infrastructure. As a pilot, state-of-the-art "Flagman Light" smart turnstiles, developed by "Infomatika," were selected for one of the entrance groups.
"Infomatika" installed two "Flagman Light" swing smart turnstiles at the entrance group. The project included the removal of outdated equipment, installation of the new systems, and comprehensive commissioning work.
- Multiformat card reader supports both traditional access cards and contactless technologies, ensuring seamless and user-friendly operation.
- Integrated card collector simplifies the process for one-time guest passes, allowing quick and easy access without additional steps.
- Backup power supply equipped with maintenance-free LiFePO4 battery units, ensuring uninterrupted operation for up to 15 years, even in the event of power outages.
The integration process was carried out without requiring changes to the current access control system (ACS) infrastructure. The operational algorithms remained intact, ensuring a smooth transition
