Modernization of the Access Control System Based on Flagman Lite Smart Turnstiles

Implemented in 2024

Prioksky plant is one of the leading enterprises in the Ryazan region, specializing in the production of high-quality building materials and products. The plant has modern production capacities and uses advanced technologies, ensuring the release of products that meet the highest quality standards.

Previously, outdated tripod turnstiles were used at the site, which did not meet modern security and aesthetic requirements. The plant needed to upgrade its equipment and implement new technologies so that employees and visitors could enter the premises quickly and conveniently.

Задачи проекта

Project Objectives:

1. Full replacement of old turnstiles with modern smart devices manufactured by "Infomatika."

2. Implementation of contactless access for employees using biometric identification.

3. Integration of the new equipment with the existing access control system (ACS) Sigur.

As part of the project, 4 Flagman Lite swing smart turnstiles with increased leaf height up to 1.5 meters and integrated BioSmart PalmJet palm vein scanners were installed at the plant's checkpoint.

The BioSmart PalmJet palm vein scanners provide biometric identification by recognizing the unique venous pattern of the palm without tactile contact. The device can identify a person even with a slightly wet or dirty palm, minor cuts, or even through a thin medical glove. This unique solution allowed for the automation of entry without physical access cards.

Additionally, for guest access via physical passes, a Vector smart turnstile was installed at the checkpoint.

Employees access the premises using biometric identification, while guests use a physical pass. This approach significantly speeds up the access process and minimizes queues at the checkpoint.

All devices are integrated into the existing Sigur access control system, ensuring full synchronization with the database.

    Scope of Work:

    • Production and delivery of Flagman Lite smart turnstiles – 4 lanes, 5 posts
    • Production and delivery of Vector smart turnstile – 1 unit
    • Production and delivery of barrier systems
    • Commissioning of equipment
