ATOM Museum at VDNH, Moscow
Equipping the ATOM Museum at VDNH with a ticket sales and access control system "Lenta" and Contour Bio smart turnstiles.
Implemented in 2023.
The ATOM Museum at VDNH in Moscow (Pavilion No. 19) is the largest and most modern exhibition in Russia dedicated to the development of atomic energy, from the "Soviet Atomic Project" to the "Modern Nuclear Industry." The museum's area is 25,000 square meters, and it can accommodate up to 2,100 visitors at a time. The initiators of the new ATOM Museum are the Moscow Government, together with the Rosatom State Corporation.
The building’s unique architectural design required appropriate interior solutions, including the organization of the ticketing and admission system. Especially for this project, the Infomatika company manufactured ticket sales kiosks and smart turnstiles for visitors, all in white. The equipment installed in the museum supports the exclusive futuristic appearance of the venue.
The project was completed in less than a year, during which time the following tasks were accomplished:
- Implementation of the "Lenta" Ticketing and Access Control System:
The TACS "Lenta" is a professional system designed to automate ticket sales and visitor access control. It is included in the Registry of Russian Software. All tickets in the system are issued within a unified ticketing environment. The TACS "Lenta" provides the ability to use all modern sales channels and manage all equipment related to the system, such as turnstiles, gates, ticket sales terminals, mobile data collection terminals, automated workstations, and more.
The TACS "Lenta" is implemented in accordance with the business processes and events taking place at the venue.- Organization of the ticket access control system:
Visitors' access to the museum and exhibition area is carried out using half-height swing smart turnstiles "Contour Bio", made in white in the style of the interior space of the object. The "anti-panic" function, if necessary, allows you to unlock the doors and switch to the free passage mode.
- Production and installation of ticket vending machines:
Ergonomic double-sided kiosks in white are made from impact-resistant glass and artificial stone, designed to match the museum's style. Two people can use the kiosk simultaneously, which speeds up the process of serving visitors. The kiosks are easy to use thanks to a well-designed interface and interactive prompts. Payments can be made using both contact and contactless bank cards, and tickets can also be purchased with a Troika card.
- Integration with third party systems:
The "Lenta" system provides the integration with external sales agents, the Troika card, and the Moscow Social Card.
- Development and launch of an online ticket/service web store on the Atom Museum website:
The online store is implemented in full accordance with the corporate identity of the ATOM Museum website.
