Building the LENTA TSACS-based access control system for mass events in the Bogoroditsky Monastery complex, the Cathedral of Our Lady of Kazan, Kazan.


Implemented in 2021.

The Kazan Cathedral of the Theotokos Monastery in Kazan was built in 1798-1808 by Kazan architect F. Yemelyanov on the site of the ancient cathedral erected in 1595. In 1932, the temple was blown up.

On November 4, 2015, R.N. Minnikhanov, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, signed a decree on the reconstruction of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Kazan. The new temple built on the existing historical foundation has become one of the architectural landmarks of Tatarstan's capital.

To ensure visitor safety during public events, the cathedral was equipped with an ACS hardware and software package with control of the maximum number of visitors staying at the facility at a time.

The self-contained mobile platform allows moving the turnstile around the facility and install it at any point without harm to the flooring and without need to lay any cables.
