"Kuzbass" volleyball club, Kemerovo

The largest sports and entertainment complex in Western Siberia, Kuzbass Arena is a multipurpose, high-tech facility. All the necessary infrastructure is located in a single area. This makes it possible to host physical activities, both summer and winter sporting events, and large-scale entertainment all in one location. It is used to hold volleyball, football matches, and competitions in more than 20 sports. If necessary, the arena can be quickly transformed to be fit for various cultural and entertainment events. It is the training ground of the Russian national parachuting team, the home arena of the KUZBASS volleyball club, the base of the KUZBASS Tennis Center, etc.

Infomatika has equipped the Kuzbass Arena sports complex with the modern Lenta ticketing and access control system, performing a full range of work to automate ticket sales and access control.

There are 15 Horizon turnstiles installed at the facility's entrance units, equipped with boxes with mnemonic indication for facial recognition cameras. One Navigator automated gate is installed for handicapped people. Mobile Lenta Data Terminal terminals are used by stewards to check ticket as additional access control equipment.

The launch of the fully-featured Lenta-Sport ticket system facilitated the full automation of tickets/season tickets and related services sale during sports and entertainment events.

    

The project involved:

• detailed design;
  

• organization of the Lenta-Sport TSACS-based ticket system of the complex;
  

• supply and installation of half–height pedestal Horizon turnstiles with boxes for facial recognition system - 15 pcs;
  

• supply and installation of Navigator gates - 1 pc;
  

• supply and installation of fencing;

• supply of mobile Lenta Data Terminal for ticket check – 6 pcs;
  

• third-party sales agents integration gateway;
  

• facial recognition system integration gateway;

• development of an online ticket sales store;
  

• supply of backend node and personnel workstations equipment: cashier AWS - 2 pcs, managing administrator AWS - 1 pc, NCC AWS - 1 pc;
  

• supply, installation, commissioning of switching equipment;
  

• commissioning.
