Sambo Palace sports Arena, Krasnodar

The Sambo Palace sports arena in Krasnodar opened its doors in 2024. This modern complex is part of the City of Sports cluster. One of the facility's key attributes is its versatility: it can host not only sporting events, but also various cultural and social events. The Arena can hold up to 200 athletes at a time and has a total area of more than 19.5 thousand sq. m. The capacity during competitions is more than 3.1 thousand people.

   

As part of the project, the Sambo Palace was equipped with Infomatika's Lenta TSACS hardware and software package.

The company's engineers performed the full range of ticket and service sale automation work and manufactured, supplied and installed the access control system equipment.

• Introduction of Lenta-Sport TSACS       

  Lenta TSACS is a dedicated, feature-rich ticketing system for full automation of all procedures linked to the sale of individual tickets, season passes, and related services during sporting and entertainment events. The system is listed in the register of Russian software. All tickets in the system are sold in a single ticketing space. No restrictions on sales channels. Apart from sales, it allows managing all TSACS equipment – turnstiles, gates, ticket terminals, mobile ticket offices and scanners, etc.

• Organization of an access control system:

The sports arena's entrance space is equipped with modern half-height Horizon turnstiles enabling access via contactless cards and barcoded /QR coded tickets (paper or mobile wallet).

Handicapped visitors' access is facilitated by automated Navigator gate with a barcode and contactless cards scanner and a color display to display the ticket status.

Mobile Lenta Data Terminals are used by stewards to check ticket as additional access control equipment. The pre-installed Lenta Scanner software allows you to exchange data online with the Lenta automated control system server.

–      Manufacture, supply and installation of Horizon smart turnstiles - 7 pcs;

–      Production, supply and installation of the automated Navigator gate – 1 pc,

–      Production, supply and installation of the automated Navigator gate – 1 pc,

–      Equipment of the backend node and cashier workstation;                        

–      Commissioning.
