Building LENTA ACS based spectator access control system (SACS) at the stadium. Modernization of ACS equipment.
Implemented in 2021.
Enhancement and customization of the stadium SACS in accordance with the new requirements and specifications of the Fan Identification System (FIS).
Implemented in 2022.
The project involved full replacement of the stadum's existing spectator access control system and upgrade the ACS equipment.
- Building LENTA Sport ACS based spectator access control system at the stadium.
- integration with Russian Premier League fan identification system;
- automation of personnel work stations: administrator AWS, investigation team AWS, stadium control center AWS;
- Modernization of the facility's existing ACS equipment:
- manufacture, supply and installation of 16 interactive control modules for full-height two-pass turnstiles;
- enhancement and customization of 5 half-height turnstiles with interactive control modules (project-specific modification is IMCM UCR-8A-W);
The updated access control system equipment provides barcode/QR codes reading not only from ticket forms, but also from mobile gadget screens, has a user-friendly interface with clear light indication and a modern, attractive exterior.
The housing of the interactive control module is made of AISI304 stainless steel, includes a built-in universal controller, a digital ultra-bright display, a barcode reader (1D and 2D) and contactless ISO 14443A/B cards (including contactless bank cards), a marketing light indication module.
Adaptation to FIS requirements in 2022:
According to regulatory documents (Order of RF Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 1092 dated 17.11.2015 and Order of RF Ministry of Sports No. 676 dated 22.08.2022), SACS HW and SW were adapted to FIS requirements and enhanced with an information protection subsystem (IPS).
The project involved:
- detailed design;
- simulation of threat and intruder;
- SACS enhancement with IPS (information protection subsystem);
- equipping SACS with a server fault-tolerant cluster and Lenta ACS SW;
- integration with FIS;
- enhancement of 16 two-pass full-height turnstiles with interactive control modules in accordance with FIS requirements;
- complete modernization of 5 half-height turnstiles
- supply of 10 mobile data terminals;
- supply and commissioning of a fault-tolerant server cluster with Lenta ACS SW;
- automation of work stations.
Following the new requirements, fans, sponsors, media journalists and even athletes are allowed to access the stadium only upon presentation of a Fan Card to ensure maximum security during the game.
It can host matches of any level of Russian competitions, as well as international matches under the auspices of UEFA up to the semi-finals of the Champions League and the Europa League.
