Dynamo Stadium, Krasnodar
Comprehensive equipment of the stadium with Lenta ticket system.
Implemented in 2023
The Dynamo stadium officially opened on August 12, 2023 in Krasnodar. The sports facility itself was built back in 1932 and was closed for reconstruction in 2007. A four-storey 3,500 seats grandstand, a football field with running tracks and a warm-up area were built here according to the standards of the International Athletics Federation. In addition, two tennis courts, two indoor soccer fields, jumping, shotput, discus areas, discs, etc. appeared on the territory of Dynamo. Currently, the stadium offers facilities for practicing 15 sports.
Infomatika has equipped the renovated stadium with the Lenta ticketing system, performing a full range of work to automate ticket sales and access control.
The project included:
- Introduction of Lenta-Sport TSACS
The dedicated, feature-rich ticketing system is installed at the sports venue to fully automate all procedures linked to the sale of individual tickets, season passes, and associated services during sporting and entertainment events. The session services and sports complex services have been put into operation.
- Organization of a multi-level access control system
Taking into account the facility's wide functionality and the several entrance groups leading separately to the stands and to the territory of the complex, the design solution was to ensure control at the access not only to the stands, but also to the territory of the sports complex with sports halls and gyms, a tennis court, and a shooting range.
The spectators' access to the stands is controlled using full-height two-pass turnstiles equipped with Interactive Multipurpose Control Modules with built-in barcode/QR code scanners, a large color screen, and a facial recognition IP camera.
The sports complex entrance group is equipped with compact half-height Vector smart turnstiles with built-in barcode scanners, contactless card readers, and a color display.
In order to control access to individual rooms inside the complex, there are barcode and contactless card readers on the doors.
Mobile Lenta Data Terminals are used by stewards to check ticket as additional access control equipment.
- Development and launch of an online ticket sales store
The online store is designed in accordance with the corporate identity of the facility, implemented as a tertiary domain.
- Integration with related systems
Lenta TSACS integration with external ticket agents allows selling tickets both through the facility's ticket offices and the official online ticket store and through ticket operators.
The integration of the ticket system with the parking control system has enhanced parking performance and improved customer experience.
