Fakel Stadium, Voronezh

Complex of works on automation of ticketing sales and access control at the stadium and organization of the ticketing system of the professional football club “Fakel".

Implemented in 2024.

The Fakel Stadium in Voronezh is the home arena of the Russian Premier League team of the same name. After a large-scale reconstruction completed in 2024, it has become a real sports center with modern infrastructure and comfortable conditions for fans and athletes. The capacity of the arena is 10,052 seats.

As a part of the project, Infomatika engineers completed a range of works to automate ticketing sales and access control at the stadium in accordance with the requirements of the RPL FIS.

TSACS Lenta-Sport ticketing organizing system

SACS “Lenta-Sport” is a professional object system for complex automation of all processes related to the sale of tickets, season tickets and related services during sport and entertainment events. It is included in the Register of Russian software. All tickets in the system are sold in a single ticket space, with no restrictions on sales channels.

Organization of ticketing and access control system on the basis of Lenta-SEACS with a IPS (information protection subsystem)

Lenta-SEACS is an electronic access control system for spectators, accredited persons and technical personnel for international sports facilities. It is a comprehensive solution including software and high-tech access control devices - smart turnstiles. The spectator access control system is adapted to the FIS requirements and is equipped with an information protection subsystem (IPS).

The entrance groups of Fakel Stadium are equipped with half-height smart turnstiles “Vector +” and “Vector Gate” with increased case height. The turnstiles are made of stainless steel and tempered glass. They support several methods of identification: contactless cards, all types of barcodes/QR codes, BLE and NFC tags. Built-in IP-cameras for video identification system allow to connect biometric systems of face recognition. In addition, multi-factor access by several parameters can be configured.

Integration with the RPL fan identification system (FIS)

According to the regulatory requirements* fans, organizers, media representatives and even players are allowed only upon presentation of a Fan Card to ensure maximum safety during the game.

– Manufacture and installation of half-height turnstiles "Vector Gate" - 2pcs;

– Mobile barcode scanner Lenta-TSD – 10 pcs;

– SACS enhancement with IPS (information protection subsystem);

– Supply of work stations and manager workstations;

Automated cashier workstations – 4 pcs., Automated manager workstations – 1 pcs, Automated investigation team workstations – 4 pcs; Automated venue operational and SEACS administration workstations – 2 pcs; Automated workstation for administrator of information protection subsystem - 1 pcs;

– Integration with FIS RPL;
