Tsentralny Profsoyuzov Stadium, Voronezh

The stadium was renovated in compliance with the requirements of the Russian Football Union (RFU) for Premier League (RPL) football clubs' stadiums. As part of this project, Infomatika equipped the stadium with a spectator access control system (SACS).

1. Building the stadium spectator access control system

• automation of personnel work stations    

2. Modernization of the facility's existing ACS equipment:

• manufacture, supply and installation of 24 interactive control modules for Infomatika's full-height two-pass turnstiles.
• outfitting the VIP entrance was with a mobile Horizon smart turnstile, which, due to its mobile platform, does not require stationary installation or wired connections and can be moved by one person.   
  

3. SACS integration with the club's current ticket operator.

The SACS hardware and software were adapted to FIS requirements and enhanced with an additional information protection subsystem (IPS) according to the new regulatory documents*.

The project involved:

•  detailed design;
•  simulation of threat and intruder;

• SACS enhancement with IPS (information protection subsystem);

•  equipping the SACS with a fault-tolerant server cluster and Lenta ACS SW and integration with FIS;

•  supply of 5 mobile data terminals

The upgraded equipment of the access control system meets FIS requirements and allows bar/QR code reading not only from tickets, but also from the mobile devices. It offers a user-friendly interface with intuitive light indication and a modern, attractive look.

The screens installed on the interactive modules on the inside of the turnstiles (for exit) allow stewards to check the fan's passport.

The body of the interactive control module is made of AISI304 stainless steel, includes a built-in universal controller, a digital ultra-bright display, a barcode reader (1D and 2D) and contactless ISO 14443A/B cards (including contactless bank cards), a marketing light indication module.
Following the requirements, fans, sponsors, media journalists and even athletes are only allowed to access the stadium upon presentation of a Fan Card to ensure maximum security during the game.
