Equipping the entrance space of the department with Concept smart access control gates.The complete workscope to install and integrate the equipment with the Sigur access control system.

The Department of Housing Policy and Housing Stock of Moscow is a functional unit of the executive power of Moscow in charge for exercising the city residents' housing rights. It is located in a unique historical building, which previously was the main house of S.A. Menshikov manor.
The project involved:
- Manufacture and supply of Concept Gate half-height automatic smart gates – 4 pcs and a fencing system.
The stainless steel and tempered glass automatic half-height gate with a changeable pass direction allows for the department visitors and employees access control using both contactless cards and temporary bar/QR coded passes.The fencing system is matching the smart gate in style, which provides the unified entrance space identity.
Additionally, Sigur NFC readers were built in the gates, allowing the use of a special mobile application for the entrance space.The application enables pass through the gates without using a plastic card.
