Equipping the institution with an access control system based on the Concept automated smart gates and еру Resonance smart turnstiles with built-in biometric palm vein scanners.

Implemented in 2024.

GKU New Management Technologies is an innovative public institution created by the Moscow City Hall under the leadership of Sergei Sobyanin. The team is engaged in the development and introduction of management solutions to streamline the urban structures functioning.

Infomatika was entrusted with equipping the entrance space with access control equipment enabling access by cards and using a contactless biometric palm vein scanner. The project was implemented in cooperation with BioSmart, one of the world leaders in the production of biometrics and RFID cards identification devices.

  • Infomatika equipped the building's entrance space with the Resonance double-leaved smart turnstiles and the Concept Gate smart gates with artfully factory-built contactless BioSmart PalmJet biometric scanners to read the vein pattern without physical contact with the palm. The device is able to identify a person even by a wet or slightly soiled palm, a palm with minor cuts, and even by a palm in a thin medical glove. This unique solution enabled the automation of the access to the building without physical media.

  • Concept DUO automated half-height smart gate was installed to provide access to handicapped visitors.

  • One-time pass cards are collected using a stainless steel card reader made in a single style with smart turnstiles.
