1. Development, manufacture and installation of 150 information terminals for topping up transit cards (ITST-23)


Key functions:


  • Viewing the current ticket carriers status (the Troika transit card, social transit cards, dual bank card and other carriers with the Troika transport application);
  • Topping-up/purchase of a ticket by any non-cash payment method (Mastercard / VISA / MIR, NFC, Apple Pay, Google Pay);

  • Activation of a remote ticket replenishment;

  • Priority in using park and ride facilities. 


For service personnel, ITST provides tools for viewing the operation log, generating and displaying reports, configuring terminal parameters (can be performed both locally on the terminal and remotely, using the centralized control module).  ITST design ensures the safety and convenience of passengers and service personnel.

ITST features a space saving size and light weight that allow wall mounting or installation on a specialized floor stand, which makes it suitable for any installation location and type.

These devices have a modification for installation in lobbies, as well as a modification with a 4G modem, improved thermal insulation and an automated heating device for outdoor operation. The built-in uninterruptible power supply provides up to 4 hours of continuous operation in the event of a power failure.


2. Development and introduction of a centralized ITST control and monitoring system. 


The centralized control and monitoring module (CCMM) is designed for monitoring and remote administration of ITSTs and performs the following functions:

  • Setting up user accounts, access rights;

  • Monitoring the current state of the ITST in general and of each of its component;

  • Centralized configuration parameters control (for a specific terminal or a group of terminals);

  • Collecting and displaying information about events and sales, generating and displaying statistical reports, graphs;

  • Centralized software update.


The centralized control and monitoring module is designed as a web interface, which significantly simplifies its availability in the Metro network, does not require additional operations to install the program at each workplace, reduces the system requirements for the PCs used.

List of metro stations with new ITST terminals: Bulvar Dmitriya Donskogo, Komsomolskaya, Planernaya, Skhodnenskaya, Tushinskaya, Begovaya, Ulitsa 1905 Goda, Pushkinskaya, Timiryazevskaya, Dmitrovskaya, Savyolovskaya, CSKA, Belorusskaya, Kurskaya, Kievskaya, Pechatniki, Tsaritsyno, Domodedovo, Medvedkovo Molodezhnaya, Volokolamskaya, Kuntsevskaya, Novogireevo, Novokosino, Rimskaya, Kuzminki, Vykhino, Tekstilshchiki, Shchyolkovskaya, Nizhegorodskaya, Aviamotornaya, Tyoply Stan, Okruzhnaya, Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad etc.

During the period from 2021-2023, another 69 ITST were installed at 43 stations of the Moscow metro.




34The Moscow Metro was opened on May 15, 1935 and is the basis of the Moscow transport system.

Its 15 lines (including the Moscow Central Circle (MCC) and the Moscow Monorail transport system) with 276 stations (239 metro stations, 31 MCC stations and 6 monorail stations), pass more than 12 thousand trains daily. 

On average, 9 million passengers use metro services on weekdays.
