Exhibition Center "Kazanskaya yarmarka" uses a TSACS LENTA
"Kazanskaya yarmarka" is the largest exhibition complex of Tatarstan with three pavilions with a total area of 6,700 sq.m., the main pavilion for VIP receptions and presentations, the modern business center. Annually, more than 40 exhibition events are held here covering almost all branches of economy and creating optimal conditions for development and promotion of a home producer in the Russian and global markets. Each year, more than 5,000 companies from Russia and 45 world countries take part in exhibitions, and about 500,000 persons become visitors.In the fall of 2017, it is planned to open a historical multimedia park "Russia is my history" in the territory of the complex. For which reason, the management of the "Kazanskaya yarmarka" decided to implement a system allowing organizing ticket sales and access control both to the exhibition pavilions and the historical park.
The implementation partner was the Infomatika Company, which developed a special solution for the "Kazanskaya yarmarka" on the basis of the ticket sales and access control system LENTA-MUSEUM. Under the scope of the project of implementation of the TSACS LENTA-MUSEUM project, the main entrance unit of the complex was equipped with stationary access control turnstiles, and exhibition pavilions were equipped with mobile ticket checking terminals U2013 and manual readers Linea Pro NFC. Cashier and manager work stations were automated. An accreditation system was installed that allows accepting and approving applications, issuing accreditation documents and controlling the access of accredited persons.
