"Rubin" football club, Kazan
Building the Rubin professional football club ticket system on the basis of the LENTA ACS. Comprehensive equipment of the Kazan Arena stadium with ticket and access control system.
Implemented in 2013.
Lenta ticketing system deployment project included the following:
1. Outfitting the stadium with LENTA TSACS hardware and software package.
2. Building Rubin FC ticket system.
- Manufacture and installation of full-height rotary two-pass turnstiles in the main entrance areas for the spectator sectors - 58 pcs;
- Manufacture and installation of half-height motorized double-leaved turnstiles for the western VIP zone central entrance space - 4 pcs;
- Manufacture and installation of half-height rotary double-arm turnstiles in the eastern VIP zone entrance spaces and an additional western VIP zone entrance space - 9 pcs;
- Manufacture and installation of motor-driven half-height double-leaved gates for the VIP zones entrance spaces - 8 pcs;
- Installation of full-height escape gates - 89 pcs;
- Installation of fault-tolerant backend hardware;
- Automated cashier workstations (3 cash operating units, 2 main ones with 14 cash desks and 1 auxiliary one for the fan sector) - 29 pcs;
- Automated manager workstations – 6 pcs;
- Manufacture and installation of 12 V6 Rubin terminals for printing boarding passes purchased online using a Master Card;
- Manufacture and installation of 8 scanners with gates for handicapped people;
- Mobile scanners for the investigation team - 5 pcs;
- Development and launch of online ticket sales store on FC Rubin website
FC Rubin is one of the H2 2000s Russian football leaders. It was founded in 1958. Two-time champion of Russia in 2008/09. 2012 Russian Cup, 2010 Commonwealth Cup, the 2010 Russian Super Cup and the 2012 Russian Super Cup Winner. In 2009, it was recognized by the Russian Football Union as the best team of the year.
The team's home arena is the 45,000 seats Kazan Arena Stadium, a multipurpose football stadium of the highest UEFA Category 4. The first football stadium in Russia built for the 2018 FIFA World Cup. The center of attraction for grand international caliber events is the Universiade 2013, 2015 World Aquatics Championship, the 2017 Confederations Cup and the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
Enabling holding events at several venues with one ticket system. Enabling the integration with the CRM system and Russian Premier League fan identification system.
