We believe that, in the 21st century, keeping of guest records in manual mode is considered to be weird, at least. Therefore we have developed a VISITOR'S MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, which allows to automate completely the process of visitors accessing the facility. The system does not replace the ACS, but complements and expands its capabilities.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

  • creation of applications for single-use passes by the host party;
  • self-submission of a pass application by a visitor;
  • approval and verification of a single-use pass by the facility security staff at the entrance;
  • reporting;
  • interfacing with Infomatika smart turnstiles independently of the facility's main ACS.

ACS' major responsibility is to allow personnel who pass to their workplaces on a daily basis with access to the protected facility territory. Generally, the process of allowing guests access to facilities is not automated. Visitor Management System applications are submitted to the access control department in an unstructured and random manner.

THE VISITOR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (VMS) ISSUE SYSTEM WORKS IN CONNECTION WITH THE FACILITY'S MAIN ACS


The main control and responsibility is transferred from the access control department to the host party employees. The only function of the access control department is checking documents.


It is convenient and fast to submit an application and get approval:


  • adaptive web registration
  • two-step approval of the pass (the first authorization is the host party, the second is the security service)
  • QR-code pass on the visitor's smartphone
