Zarudye park, Moscow

With a 130 thousand square meter size, Zaryadye is the largest leisure area close to the Moscow Kremlin.The park offers a one-of-a-kind landscape that combines Russia's four climatic zones: forest, tundra, steppe, and flood meadows, a unique 15-meter observation deck over the Moskva River, a state-of-the-art multimedia attractions, a scientific and educational center, an underground greenhouse, and a display of archaeological finds.It is a real open-air museum with no analogues in Russia.
As part of the automation project, Infomatika equipped the park with an advanced Lenta-Park ACS-based ticket system based on the automated control system, including a full scope of work on automating ticket sales and access control procedure.
- Implementation of Lenta-Park TSACS;
Manufacture and installation of half-height turnstiles (Vector model) at the entrance areas of multimedia attractions - 6 pcs;
Installation of half-height swing gates for handicapped people - 2 pcs;
Server node and personnel workstations equipment (12 cashier AWS, 2 manager
AWS)
Navigation kiosks were provided for ticket sales (integration with Initium solutions);
Manufacture and installation of 4 APPB-22 ticket sales points;
Manufacture and installation of 4 Horizon.M.POS smart turnstiles with a direct payment scheme;
Online ticket sales widget.
Project features:
Integrating the Lenta TSACS with the park's information systems:
CRM system;
visitor communication system;
navigation system;
websites and mobile apps;
loyalty programs and other municipal services (e.g., visitors can pay using the Troika and benefits are provided for the Moscow resident's social card holders);
Pushkin card (2021).
The Lenta-Park ticket system facilitates:
1. ticket sales and value-added park services (including group visits) both through the ticket office and online resources (the park's in-house online store, third party ticket operators' websites);
2. user access control;
3. accounting of attendance by visitor categories;
4. reports by analytical levels.
