"Orenburg" football club, Orenburg

In 2017, Infomatika completed a works package on automating ticket sales and access control at the stadium and building the ticket system of the Orenburg professional football club.

The project involved:

• Manufacture, installation and commissioning of 20 half-height and 2 two-pass full-height turnstiles;
• Manufacture and installation of 9 escape gates and 1 gate for handicapped people;
  
• Manufacture and installation of 10 canopies for stadium entrances;
  
• Manufacture and installation of ticket system electronic components;
  
• Manufacture and installation of escape/service electromagnetic gates;
  
• Manufacture and installation of fences inside entrance pavilions;
  
• Manufacture and installation of spectator flow spreaders at the entrance pavilions;
  
• Introduction of Lenta TSACS;
  
• Installation of Lenta-ID photographic evidence system - removed in 2023;
  
• Development of a data integration module between the stadium's ticket system and the RPL's ticket sales and fan identification system;
  
• Equipment of backend node and personnel workstations ( cashier AWS,  cashier AWS, security guard AWS);
  
• Implementation of the online ticket store of Orenburg FC.
  

In 2022, we customized the equipment and SACS software to FIS requirements and enhanced with an information protection subsystem (IPS) in accordance with regulatory documents*.

The project involved:

• detailed design;

• simulation of threat and intruder;
• SACS enhancement with IPS (information protection subsystem);
  

• equipping SACS with a server fault-tolerant cluster and Lenta ACS SW;
• integration with FIS;
  

• enhancement of 25 turnstiles with interactive control modules, monitoring devices and additional equipment in accordance with FIS requirements;
• supply of mobile data terminals.

Following the new requirements, fans, sponsors, media journalists and even athletes are allowed to access the stadium only upon presentation of a Fan Card to ensure maximum security during the game.
