Innopolis sports complex

One of the three science cities of the Russian Federation, Innopolis is a satellite city of Kazan that was established to further the country's advancement in information and innovative high technology.The Innopolis Sports Complex is an important part of the city's ecosystem. It is focused on promoting a sporty and healthy lifestyle among university students, residents of the city, employees of resident companies, and guests of Innopolis. 

Infomatika was faced with the task of equipping the sports complex entrance area with a modern access control system (ACS) and a ticket system that would ensure automation of all processes related to the sale of season tickets, instructor services, rental of halls, swimming pools, fields according to a schedule and the organization of free trial guest visits.

The project scope included equipping the Innopolis SC with an access control system based on motorized half-height Contour Bio and Concept smart turnstiles and Lenta software.

This enabled automation of all processes related to access to the facility, sales of all types of season tickets and services, using historical data in marketing to further improve loyalty systems, and planning subsequent sales.

Multi visit users can access the facility using contactless Em-Marine cards and employees can use contactless Mifare cards.

The system is integrated with the complex's IT infrastructure:

• accounting system;

• CRM system;

• accreditation and season ticket sale system;

• loyalty systems.

The work scope included:

• detailed design;
  

• introduction of Lenta TSACS;
  

• manufacture and supply of 900 mm Contour Bio smart turnstiles - 2 passageways (3 pedestals);
  

• manufacture and supply of a Concept automated gate - 1 pc;
  

• automated work stations - 2 manager AWS, 2 administrator AWS;
  

• supply, installation, commissioning of switching equipment;
